Subscriptions
Emotionly Plus subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's terms. Free trials, billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID settings.
Intellectual property
The app, website, and all related content are owned by Thinkbyte. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
Limitation of liability
Emotionly is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its outputs.
